Explore packagingA serum bottle, a wide cream jar and a pump dispenser need different clearances. Measure the complete container, including the cap or pump, and identify the surface that must remain visible when the box opens. For a set, decide whether every item should be seen together or revealed in stages.
Plan the information panels before deciding on decorative finishes. A carton needs space for the brand-approved product identity, ingredients, directions and other information required for its destination market. Keep small text away from folds and closures. A gift sleeve should not hide information that needs to remain accessible.
Individual folding cartons
A compact starting point for a single bottle, tube or jar. Review assembly, closure access and the print area on every panel.
Rigid gift sets
Consider a fitted layout when several containers need a coordinated presentation. Check removal access as well as the appearance of the unopened set.
Retail paper bags
Match bag dimensions to the packed carton and confirm the finished load, handle construction and handover conditions.
Send the final container dimensions, filled weights, number of items per set and retail or delivery channel. Include approved artwork text and the markets where the product will be sold. A physical container helps resolve clearances that a flat drawing can miss.
Sometimes, but the fit must be checked for each container. A shared outer format may need different inserts or separate carton dimensions.
Do not assume so. Have your product team approve the information needed on both the immediate container and the outer packaging for each market.
A presentation carton does not establish the leak resistance of the container. Review closure performance and any additional containment separately.
Review a physical finish sample against small text, folds and fine artwork. Confirm the approved colour reference and which surfaces will contact other products.
