Mailer Boxes

Mailer boxes bring the shipping pack and opening experience into one design. A corrugated construction with a connected lid and folded side walls provides a starting format for e-commerce orders, subscription assortments and gift deliveries. Plan the printed surfaces around how the recipient first opens the pack.

Build the layout using the full order, including product boxes, inserts and paperwork. Review the smallest and largest intended assortment, the closing method and a clear area for the shipping label. Share the contents, packed weight and quantity, then agree any distribution testing needed for the actual product-and-package configuration.

GOOD TO KNOW

Your questions, answered.

Can one mailer fit changing order contents?

Only within a defined and reviewed range. Check the smallest, largest and heaviest intended assortment, including movement inside the closed pack.

Where should the shipping label go?

Agree a clear area with the fulfilment team. Check that the label does not obstruct the closure and remains readable after sealing.

Does a printed mailer automatically pass distribution testing?

No. Any test evidence must relate to the actual packed configuration and the selected procedure.
